LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Reality TV star David "Puck" Rainey has been arrested on guess of inebriated pushing after being severely harmed in a car pile-up on a farming San Diego County highway with his 8-year-old son, officials said.
The bad kid bike follower featured on the San Francisco-set third deteriorate of MTV"s "The Real World" was dipsomaniac Saturday night when he veered off the highway in Descanso, easterly of San Diego, and rolled down an embankment, California Highway Patrol Officer Brian Pennings pronounced Thursday.
Rainey was pinned in the Ford hatchback, but his son, Bogart, liberated himself from the car and flagged down a flitting motorist, Pennings said.
The span were flown to University of California, San Diego Medical Center, where Rainey was found to have postulated critical injuries.
Rainey"s manager, Michael Martin, pronounced Bogart was expelled to his mom and Rainey"s wife, Betty, Wednesday whilst Rainey remained in the sanatorium to bear multiform surgeries.
A sanatorium nursing administrator pronounced Thursday that Rainey was in great condition, but could yield no alternative details.
Pennings says Rainey will be charged with pushing underneath the influence, kid endangerment and pushing but a license.
Martin had no criticism on the charges opposite Rainey.
